Question of the Day: Day 96
How will your education help you?

We are looking for answers to some hard questions as we dig deep inside and explore our own core values and how that guides not just our own lives but the very world that we live in. These questions will be asked to a group of high school students but we would also like to hear from the world at large. While we hope to keep this forum wide open we do reserve the right to delete responses that we find to be offensive or combative in nature. Thank you for participating with us.

Book learning helps you get along in the "real" world by providing knowledge about History and the way our world functions. Social education allows us to meaningfully interact with others to the bettermen tof not only ourselves but our fellow humans.
I would like to say education is a very impotant thing to me in life with out it i would end up on the streets or geting SSI for the rest of my life. i use too think that school was stupided and i had no purpose with it, that the streets were my life but i had to come to my sences that with out school i would have nothing that i want with out stealing it no car no wife no going to football games or NBA, or, MLB, or asnything like that. NO WWE WOULD KILL ME. no but for real with out it i would be how everyone sayed i was or what i was going to be, dead, stupied,or with out a job, no life. but i do not wan't that, i do want to be someone and i do want to have good cars a bike a big house a good looking wife and all that stuff so i had to do what was right go to school and stay in class. like it or not! i do want to be SOMEONE AND NOT A NOBODY LIKE ALOT OF PEOPLE THINK I AM GOING TO BE.
Ruben,
i think education is importnt cuz it will make me mor suseiful in life get me a beter job.education can also help me cuz wen i try to get in school it will be alot more esier for them to no if i got a education.
yes it is so you can go to collage and get a good job
I think education is important because those who know not, make mistakes, the purpose of which is only to learn what they do not know whether they think they need to learn it or not.
Education is more important now than ever before. The population is growing at a staggering rate and there are less and less jobs due to automation and government out sourcing. The competition in the job market for the youth of today will be intense.
o.g.
Education is much more than what you learn in a school. It encompasses learning on many levels and taking that knowledge to make life better for self and others.
The moment that learning ceases is the moment that life ends.
Or dies it?
Because education is who you are and what you are. It makes you a person.
