Have you ever had a dream that you held on to for a long time and then let go of?
What made you decide to let go of it and how did it make you feel?

Hmmm...

I am still holding on to the dream of writing and being published someday so I can't list that one.

I guess the only thing that really qualifies here for me would be having a daughter someday. That's not going to happen. I adore the goobers (my twin boys) but I had definitely wanted to have a little girl somewhere along the line, too.

Lucky for me that both of my bestest friends have daughters so I can get some "girl" time through them now and then.

Some things are just not meant to be.
And that's okay.
