Question of the Day: Day 294

Have you ever been around people who wait to do things until the last minute and then expect everyone else to drop everything and help make their deadlines? How do you or would you respond to that?

Honestly, when I am able to, I will pitch in to help... once, maybe twice- pointing out the consequences- inconvenience & stress- associated with serious procrastination. However, I will not continue to bail people out if they are not making an effort to improve themselves, & just are not getting it.

Yes, and I always have two choices, help or complain. I usually just help, especially at work because I'm paid to do just that. Other times, I watch from the sidelines while pointing out how procrastination complicates a simple task.

I let them do what they do - I used to be complicit, but I learned better.
