Question of the Day: Day 288

Do you trust your instincts or do you second guess yourself?

Instincts; the basic four are flee, fight, feed, and that 'f' we do to procreate- are not (IMO) the best motivators in non-survival situations.

My instincts have gotten me into some trouble, at times.

So, I try to become more connected with my intuition; I oberve, I consider, I reason, I ponder, but when that intuition kicks in and says "Go!", I know, beyond words, that I'd best get moving.

I am wondering if you were actually referring to intuition, here.
If so, every time I have not listened to it, I have, in some way, regretted it.

Instinct... innate drives... Oh MY... that might get me into a lot of trouble.

Second Guess myself... yes, I sometimes, do - Especially when I am too quick to answer & guilty of doing so flippantly. I'm getting better about both- answering too quickly & second guessing myself.
