Do you think that employees would work harder if they had more pay or more respect in their workplace? Which one is most important to you?

I will work anywhere that cares about costomers and employees - I may not stay long if the money won't meet my needs, but, I'll do the best I can.

I have worked in environments where there was respect for neither customers nor employees, and didn't care about the money - I started looking elsewhere as soon as I realized that the situation would not change if I stayed.
