I've found that I am more at peace when I can:

*Respond to heated situations with a level head (or admit my "bad" if & when I've shot off at the mouth while under pressure.

*Adapt rather than resist changes~ things change, that's life.

*Follow through with goals... despite obstacles.

*When my actions are in sync with my beliefs.

*Maintain a certain level degree of organization & discipline in my life.

*Allow myself to be still & my mind to clear.

*Spending time out of doors. Especially either sitting or walking along the river.

*Being in the presence of a waterfall.

*Watching the heavens- even better when in them i.e. on an airplane... I can just get lost in the clouds.
