We are looking for answers to some hard questions as we dig deep inside and explore our own core values and how that guides not just our own lives but the very world that we live in. These questions will be asked to a group of high school students but we would also like to hear from the world at large. Interestingly enough, the absolute best thing I can do to improve my health, isn't a physical thing at all. Instead, I need to stop procrastinating. If I would simply do things right away, I wouldn't have the excuse that I need to do something else before I can exercise.
Once the procrastination is out of the picture, then I can get into better shape. I just won't do it by going to a gym. I'd rather just hike somewhere or paddle in a kayak. I like to have fun that makes me exert rather than just run in circles or lift weights.
Once in a while, I do these kinds of things, but not consistently enough. Heh. I should be off of this computer and doing anything else right now!
I have myself convinced that I like to smoke.

I am making an effort to do them...
exercise regularly, be mindful of nutrition, trying to better manage stress, keep my distance from people who pipe me with negative energy, & take notice of simple every day joys.
I've applied for a new position at work which I expect will be more conducive to more balanced schedule & I think, to my staying sane!
