Question of the Day: Day 80
Why or why not?

We are looking for answers to some hard questions as we dig deep inside and explore our own core values and how that guides not just our own lives but the very world that we live in. These questions will be asked to a group of high school students but we would also like to hear from the world at large. While we hope to keep this forum wide open we do reserve the right to delete responses that we find to be offensive or combative in nature. Thank you for participating with us.

Yes, all things have the ability or at least the potential for change...it is the basic fundemental building block of the universe. Change is the only constant that exists.
A truer question given the premis would be:
"Do you as a person have the ambition or drive to institute change within your life?"
People change themselves by the influences of social conditioning and interest in certain aspects of life all the time. Can anyone change anyone else?
No.
I believe people can change only if they want to change. I also believe that people sometimes refuse to change because they like the feeling of loneliness I feel this because I know what it is like to feel like nothing will ever change. But believe me nothing stays the same and eventually if you are willing to change things will get beter.
Yes people can change. I have been teaching myself to curb my toungue and think about what I am saying before I say it more than I used to. This way I am not offending so many people. Of course this isn't a big change, its a change of degeree, not a reversal. On the bigger scale I am with wings...God changes people in fundamental ways.

i believe people can change if they put ther mind to it. some people want to change but never have the courge to go threw. you can change you got to wanna change.
Absolutely!
Change IS inevitable.
We can even steer the course of changes to be positive and productive if we set our minds to it.
We are POWERFUL human beings when we tap into our authenticity and potential.
I think people are changing every day.
Life is just a series of changes. Some are slow and gradual and some are sudden and can happen in an instant. We never know when an event, or person, or epiphany will change our lives and who we are.
"Pointed threats, they bluff with scorn
Suicide remarks are torn
From the fool's gold mouthpiece
The hollow horn plays wasted words
Proves to warn
That he not busy being born
Is busy dying."
Bob Dylan from "It's Alright Ma"
