Question of the Day: Day 319

Do you think that people should or should not be allowed to use selective breeding or genetic engineering to pre-determine certain characteristics of their children? What are some problems that might arise if people were allowed to do this?

No! I thought it was well articulated and thoughtful!

The whole question disappeared and I had no idea how or why! I had to re-type it in this morning.

Selective breeding... dejavu~ hint of genocide in that. It's just unnatural. The smallest particle know to man are quarks... then it's curtain closed, folks. There are some things best left alone... Knowledge can be a good thing- it's a matter of how it's applied.
