More often than not... most of the time yes. Occassionally, I overextend myself & need to cxl out on one thing or another. I do attempt to keep my word.

sometimes. I would say not as much since i had a kid. that sure puts a kink in sticking to commitments to friends. I have to be a bit more flexible. I have learned to not make solid promises, because you never know.
